He serves as a Director of CentrumDirect Ltd., Business Match Services India Private Limited, Casby Logistic Private Limited, Centrum Fiscal Private Limited, Expressit Logistics Worldwide Limited, Ferrari Express Private Limited, Nanikrami Agro Private Limited, Ocean Express Private Limited, Rap Media Ltd. and Sanchajyo Investment & Finance Private Limited. He was an Independent Non- Executive Director of Reliance MediaWorks Limited since September 29, 2005. Mr. Gidwani holds Master's Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University of India and Fellow of the Institute Chartered Accountants of India.

Prof. Dr. Kamal Kant Dwivedi, Vice-Chancellor, ITM University, Gwalior is a Scientist, Researcher, Teacher, Educator, Administrator, Diplomat and Science Communicator. For over 40 years he served in India and abroad in different capacities. Previously, Prof. Dwivedi served as the Vice-Chancellor, Arunachal University, Vice-Chancellor of Apeejay Stya University, Head of Division, Adviser, and Director in the Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, Counsellor (Science, Technology, Health and Education), Embassy of India, Washington DC, Visiting Professor/Scientist, University of Giessen, University of Marburg and Hahn-Meitner Institute, Berlin, Germany and Faculty member at North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong. He obtained his Ph.D. in 1977 from I.I.T. Kanpur and M.Sc. in 1972 from Lucknow University. He has specialized in the fields of Chemical, Nuclear and Environmental Science, Science and Technology Cooperation, Administration and Communication. Prof. Dwivedi pursued research in truly inter-disciplinary areas and published about 200 research papers. Prof. Dwivedi held a prestigious position of the President of International Nuclear Track Society representing more than 40 countries. He is the founder President of the “Global Academy of Doctorates” and its network with over 3500 members from 60 countries. He is recipient of 10 different national and international fellowships, the prestigious “India 2000 Millennium Award (1999), the Saraswati Centenary Award” and elected as the Fellow of the International Academy of Physical Sciences (FIAPS) and President of the Chemical Sciences for the Centenary year (2012-13) of the Indian Science Congress.

In his earlier assignments, he was Consultant at Isagenix, Assistant Vice President at Scudder Investments and Customer Service Representative at John Hancock Mutual Funds. He is an MBA in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Mag.Martin Neureiter Is founder and CEO of The CSR Company, a consultancy specialised on Corporate Social Responsibility. He is Chair of the Implementation Task Group within ISO (International Standards Organisation) Working Group Social Responsibility writing the ISO 26 000 standard. He is scientific head of the postgraduate education at University of Applied Sciences Vienna for CSR. He also lectures at the St. Gallen Management Institute (Switzerland) and coaches at CEO level.
He has authored several books on CSR, such as Corporate Social Responsibility Leitlinien und Konzepte im Management der gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung von Unternehmen published 2004, which was the first German language book on the issue and Handbuch Corporate Citizenship published 2007. He is also the author of a guidance book on how to implement CSR - together with the Austrian Standards Institute, that has been translated into 6 languages so far. Currently he advises a number of companies worldwide such as SAP, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Vivacell Mobile phone and others. He works with the Austrian Development Agency and with GIZ on implementing projects around ISO 26000. Finally he is convenor within ISO-DEVCO for the Middle East North Africa.

He is a well-known international speaker and has acted as chairman and advising member for workshops and conferences related to Sustainable Development, CSR and Return on Sustainability (RoS) across globe. He is a contributing author of the book Management Models for the Future released in 2009.

Rajesh Tiwari is founder of Indian Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR). Earlier, he founded Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. in 2008 and served as its Joint Managing Director. He was Group Director at Reliance Communications, where he made significant contributions to its telecom tand Optical Fibre infrastructure development. He was also Group President of Reliance Industries and has served across array of functions. Earlier in his career, Rajesh Tiwari was part of the elite government service for 14 years where he was part of the founding team of MTNL.He also worked as Private Secretary to Minister of Information and Broadcasting (Government of India).He was Executive Director of Bharat Aluminium. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited. He also served as Executive Vice President of Afro-Asian Satellite Communications. He is an alumni of St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, an MBA from University of Hull, England and a Doctorate in Social Administration from USA.

She is an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Professional with over 15 years of experience in Programme Management, Strategic Planning, Implementation & Execution, Budgeting & Cost Control, Monitoring and Evaluation of NGO, CSR and D&I projects and volunteering.

Karin Huber is an international sustainability expert, working for corporations as well as in the field of academic education, believing in the power of good relationship, collaboration and inclusive partnerships. Karin is the Academic Program Director of the Postgraduate Master Program ‘Sustainability & Responsible Management’ and lecture at various Universities of Applied Sciences on Business Ethics and issues related to Corporate Sustainability and Innovation.
She also serves as the board member of the Global Compact Network Austria which works at promoting an all-level systemic change towards a sustainable development of society.

Ms. Sangita Jha is an IIM Calcutta alumnus having 19 years of experience working in different verticals of management, leadership, CSR, SAv8000, POSH, ISO 26000 and MHM. Her brainchild project in MHM named "PWP - Period With Pride" have been adopted by various corporates under their CSR program. Ms. Jha has received "Women of Excellence" from Indian acheiver's forum and "Wonder Women" from Tally solutions at MSME honors program. Ms. Jha having her MS in CSR and Ethical Management form University of Vienna, Austria. She is associated with ICCSR since 2013 and continuing her journey in eradicating period poverty from rural India.
