Rajesh Tiwari
Rajesh Tiwari is founder and CEO of Indian Centre for CSR. Earlier, he founded Tikona Digital in 2008 and served as its Co-founder & JMD. He was Group Director at Reliance-ADAG and Group President Reliance Industries Limited.
He was part of the elite government service for 14 years where he was part of the founding team of public sector telecom company MTNL. He also worked as P. S. to Minister of Information and Broadcasting (Government of India). He was Executive Director of Bharat Aluminum. He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited. He also served as Executive Vice President of Afro-Asian Satellite Communications. He is an alumni of St. Xavier Kolkata, an MBA from University of Hull, England and a Doctorate in Social Administration from USA.
Rajat Tripathi
Rajat leads the Business Operations of Indian Centre for CSR. He carries an experience of over 16 years across Telecom, Hospitality & CSR sectors. Earlier, Rajat has worked with MNC like Vodafone India Ltd. and other telecom giants like Tata Teleservices, Idea Mobile, Reliance Communications. He has also worked in Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd and served as the Regional Head (Channels) for South India.
Rajat holds an MS degree in Corporate Social Responsibility & Ethical Management from University of Applied Sciences, Bi-Wi, Vienna, Austria and an MBA in Marketing & Finance.
Ms. Chaitali Chatterjee
Ms. Chaitali Chatterjee, who is 17+ years experienced personality in Corporate Sales & Marketing has chosen her career in ICCSR in order to serve the Corporate World beneficially with respect to CSR Training and Advisory Management. Academically, she has done her MBA (Marketing) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, Masters of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU and PGDEIM from IIEM, Bangalore. Having worked with companies like Kores (I) Ltd., Pragati Software Pvt. Ltd., NIIT Ltd., Aptech Ltd. and Leadership Management India Pvt. Ltd., in various senior positions, presently she holds position as Vice President in Indian Centre for CSR and is working closely with the management to achieve the goal by sensitizing different CSR aspects to different organizations and by serving these organizations in best possible manner . She holds tremendous potential and aims to exploit her skills and expertise to evolve as a Successful CSR Professional.
Tobias Webb
Tobias Webb is founder of a company called Innovation Forum, a sustainability focused research, publishing and events business. Innovation Forum focuses on analysis and convening meetings on the most difficult questions facing large companies.
Toby has previously advised the UK Prime Minister David Cameron on CSR policy and has taught sustainable business / CSR for over eight years at both Kings College London and Birkbeck, University of London and is now a visiting lecturer at Kings on corporate sustainability, supply chains and innovation.
From 2006-2009, Tobias Webb has lead the development of UK CSR policy, resulting in the Responsibility Deals framework. He work with large companies all over the world and sit on the sustainability advisory board for Walgreens Boots Alliance.

George Thomas
George Thomas is a veteran in the Indian IT industry with around 20 years experience in sales management, channel management, marketing and strategy. George was the Managing Director- India & SAARC for NetApp Inc., a $ 5B Data Storage company; he started NetApp India operations in Year 2000 and grew it to be a Top 3 market leader during his 9 year tenure. He has also handled Country Head positions for TIBCO Software and Apara Enterprise Solutions. He is an accomplished people manager and has experience in taking the companies he worked, from a startup phase, to an established enterprise player. George is an Electrical Engineer from Govt. Engineering College, Trichur and has done the Advanced Masters Program in Management (AMPM) from IIM, Bangalore.
Martin Neureiter
Mag.Martin Neureiter Is founder and CEO of The CSR Company, a consultancy specialised on Corporate Social Responsibility. He is Chair of the Implementation Task Group within ISO (International Standards Organisation) Working Group Social Responsibility writing the ISO 26 000 standard. He is scientific head of the postgraduate education at University of Applied Sciences Vienna for CSR. He also lectures at the St. Gallen Management Institute (Switzerland) and coaches at CEO level.
He has authored several books on CSR, such as Corporate Social Responsibility Leitlinien und Konzepte im Management der gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung von Unternehmen published 2004, which was the first German language book on the issue and Handbuch Corporate Citizenship published 2007. He is also the author of a guidance book on how to implement CSR - together with the Austrian Standards Institute, that has been translated into 6 languages so far. Currently he advises a number of companies worldwide such as SAP, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Vivacell Mobile phone and others. He works with the Austrian Development Agency and with GIZ on implementing projects around ISO 26000. Finally he is convenor within ISO-DEVCO for the Middle East North Africa.
Nilesh Jagad
Nilesh Jagad comes with a solid experience of over 22 years, spanning India and Middle East in all disciplines of marketing communications. Strategy and ideation are his core strengths. At ICCSR he leads the business operations for the three verticals – Knowledge, Advisory & Publishing at a national level. Before joining ICCSR, Nilesh was successfully operating his own agency in Middle East, where he was crafting strategies for brands like 3M, Natuzzi, DAMAC, Dubai Tourism and Disney among others. He has also worked in companies like Etisalat (Telecom Service provider in UAE), Maa Bozell Corvo Draft Direct and Trikaya Grey worldwide. Nilesh has completed his Masters in Business Administration from University of Leicester, UK. He has also done Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from K.C.College, Mumbai and Diploma in Printing Technology from MIPT, Pune.
Jitendra Bhargawa

He is a sought after speaker and is virtually invited from all leading institutions of the country to speak on various topics.
Vipan Chopra
Vipan Chopra has over 30 years of telecom experience in senior positions and has worked in organisations like ITI, TCIL and MTNL. He is also President of Society British Scholars in India.
Vipan holds advisory board postions at Apollo Hospitals, Aircel as well as Assotech Realty Pvt. Ltd. Vipan holds an MBA degree from University of Hull, England.
Sangita Jha
Ms. Sangita Jha is an IIM Calcutta alumnus having 19 years of experience working in different verticals of management, leadership, CSR, SAv8000, POSH, ISO 26000 and MHM. Her brainchild project in MHM named "PWP - Period With Pride" have been adopted by various corporates under their CSR program. Ms. Jha has received "Women of Excellence" from Indian acheiver's forum and "Wonder Women" from Tally solutions at MSME honors program. Ms. Jha having her MS in CSR and Ethical Management form University of Vienna, Austria. She is associated with ICCSR since 2013 and continuing her journey in eradicating period poverty from rural India.
